康明斯柴油发电机组预热与磨合

1、机组预热：

1.Unit preheating:

1）检查机组各系统存在的安全隐患，按规定程序操作，按必要的技术要求进行机组预热；

1)Check the safety hazards in the unit system,operate according to the prescribed procedures,and preheat the unit according to the necessary technical requirements;

2）把发电机组的油温控制在80℃以上，然后慢慢调节进入90℃以上，维持预热时间不少于15分钟；

3）把机油滤网清洗更换，更换机组滤清器；

4）把机组内有关器件，安装部件进行检查，确保牢固；

5）把机组发电机组各系统故障记录表填写完整，按规定要求进行检查；

2、机组磨合：

2.Unit running-in:

1）机组启动时，先把机组发电机组转速控制在1800-2000转/分钟，维持10分钟以上，把发动机油温调节在90℃-95℃之间；

1)When the unit starts,the speed of the generator set of the unit is first controlled between 1800-2000 rpm,and the engine oil temperature is adjusted between 90 C-95 C for more than 10 minutes;

2）发动机运行5小时以上，然后把发动机转速控制在1500-1800转/分钟，维持10分钟以上，把发动机油温调节在90℃-95℃之间；

2)The engine runs for more than 5 hours,then the speed of the engine is controlled between 1500-1800 rpm,and the engine oil temperature is adjusted between 90 C-95 C for more than 10 minutes;

3）发动机运行10小时以上，然后把发动机转速控制在1000-1500转/分钟，维持10分钟以上，把发动机油温调节在90℃-95℃之间；

3)The engine runs for more than 10 hours,then the speed of the engine is controlled between 1000-1500 rpm,and the engine oil temperature is adjusted between 90 C-95 C for more than 10 minutes;

4）发动机运行20小时以上，然后把发动机转速控制在700-1000转/分钟，维持10分钟以上，把发动机油温调节在90℃-95℃之间；

4)The engine runs for more than 20 hours,then the speed of the engine is controlled between 700-1000 rpm,and the engine oil temperature is adjusted between 90 C-95 C for more than 10 minutes;

5）发动机运行30小时以上，可正常运行，磨合完毕，完成正常投入使用。

5)After the engine runs for more than 30 hours,it can run normally and the running-in is finished,and it can be put into normal use.
